Jozef Boledovič

UGB law firm attracted my attention as a growing team of young lawyers with considerable knowledge, and their primary activity is in areas where I see my future practice.

My primary specialization is competition law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.

Before joining UGB law firm, I worked as an associate at reputable law firms in Slovakia. During this practice, I participated in several Slovak and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including their notification to the competition authorities. In addition to listed areas of practice, I advised the clients in area of corporate law, labour law and dispute resolution.

During my studies at the Faculty of Law at Trnava University, I participated in the foreign study program at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, Norway. After graduation from the faculty of law in Slovakia, I attended the Brussels School of Competition in Belgium, where I completed a postgraduate specialized programme aimed at competition law from which I obtained an LL.M. degree.

I speak fluent English and passive Spanish. I like spending my free time travelling.
